Brief and outcome

The brief

What was needed.

Marketers were spending hours in Photoshop and copy decks producing variants of the same campaign. XLR8 Digital wanted a platform where the heavy lifting — layout, brand compliance, channel formatting — was templated, and the marketer's job became "pick a template, fill in the variables, ship."

The outcome

What came of it.

Campaign cycle time dropped from days to hours. The marketing team stopped being the bottleneck for their own product launches; the design team stopped being the help desk.

What was built

Shipped

5 parts,
shipped.

From

A selection of projects shipped through Syntorium and our CTO's prior engagements.

  1. Template system

Admins build campaign templates with named slots (image, headline, CTA, brand variant). Marketers see only the slots, never the layout primitives.

  2. Asset pipeline

Image uploads with format validation, smart cropping for each social channel's aspect ratio.

  3. Per-platform output generation

Same campaign template renders correctly to Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn dimensions.

  4. Vue.js admin

A side-by-side preview so marketers see what's about to ship before it ships.

  5. Order workflow

Campaign approvals, scheduled dispatch, and integration hooks for the team's existing social-publishing stack.
